Returns/Refunds Policy

All sales on the BC Lions Holiday Card website will be transacted in Canadian Dollars. All of our sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on product sold through our gift shop. We do make exceptions on product ordered online if it is received damaged. Although we make every effort to ensure the product is packaged properly we have no control over damage that may take place in transit from manufacturing to the end consumer.
